How do our memberships work?
Total Essence Memberships are a convenient way to get your sessions and save!
Remedial Massage Membership is available as a 6 month membership only.
Vibrosaun Membership is available as a 3 month membership only.
As a member, you’re able to then pay weekly and save.
This means you can enjoy the benefits of Remedial Massage and/or Vibrosaun sooner and pay as you go!
How do I make an appointment?
You can book your membership appointments online or with our friendly reception team. We recommend booking your appointments in advance to secure your favourite times.
When does my membership expire?
Your Total Essence Membership is either a 6-month or 3-month membership with the opportunity to extend once your membership time frame has ended. Billing starts from the day after you sign up.
Can I cancel my membership?
Total Essence Memberships are fixed 3-month or 6-month memberships.
Can others use my membership?
No, your Total Essence Membership is to only used by the person who signed up. We invite your friends or family members to sign up and start enjoying the benefits and savings too!
What happens if I miss an appointment?
Our cancellation policy remains in place for all Total Essence Members. There will be a cancellation / no-show fee if you are unable to make your appointment without giving at least 24 hours prior notice.
How do I pay for my membership?
When you click to Sign Up you’ll be directed to our partner page where you can securely enter your details. Total Essence Memberships are direct debited weekly from the account you have selected.
Can I claim HICAPS rebate on Membership?
A Private Health rebate invoice will be provided after each Massage as part of your Remedial Massage Membership for you to claim.
Can I add other treatments to my Membership?
With your booking you can select other services outside your Membership treatments and these additional services are paid separately.
Can I choose my Therapist?
You can book your treatments for your Membership with any of our Therapists excluding Monica.
