Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes you may need to change your appointments, please be mindful that everyone’s time is important and that you let us know of any changes as soon as possible. There will be a cancellation / no-show fee if you are unable to make your appointment without giving at least 24 hours prior notice.

We are located in Paradise Point, close to Sovereign Islands, Ephraim Island, Hollywell, Runaway Bay, Coombabah, Biggera Waters, Chirn Park, Labrador, Southport, Arundel, Hope Island, Sanctuary Cove, Helensvale, Monterey Keys, Oxenford & Upper Coomera.

Please note we are not a mobile service.
