Lymphatic Drainage Massage
Feeling sluggish & run down? It may be time for a system reboot.
When indulging in poor food choices, a lack of exercise or finding ourselves under stress, our bodies filtration system, known as the “lymphatics” can slow down. A specialised Lymphatic Drainage treatment can assist in promoting the removal of toxins and build up that these things can cause. Lymphatic Drainage differs from a standard massage in that it is oil free, light and rhythmic. This surprisingly relaxing treatment has the added benefits of being able to assist in the healing process before & after surgery, decrease fluid retention, decongesting and to help reduce the appearance of cellulite. It is also a very effective treatment for frequent travellers with fatigue and excess fluid.
MLDT (Manual Lymphatic Drainage Treatment)
