Remedial Therapist
Fiona is a Remedial Massage Therapist who practices and teaches yoga and is currently studying for a degree in Acupuncture/Chinese Medicine.
Fiona offers a unique combination of Swedish and Remedial Massage techniques, including Dry Needling and Laser Therapy, to relieve muscular pain and correct dysfunction. She also specialises in Reiki, which may assist to re-balance the energy centres (also known as chakras) of your body, leaving you feeling re-energised; Reiki may also facilitate healing at an emotional level and can feel like a deep meditation.
Fiona now offers Lymphatic Drainage which is beneficial for cases of mild fluid retention, recovery from illness, or to assist with cleansing & detoxing, and is a very gentle, deeply relaxing treatment.
