Tereza is a Remedial Massage Therapist and prides herself on achieving outstanding results for her clients. Her Massage treatments may include Sports, Remedial and Relaxation techniques to aide in reducing muscular pain, injury recovery and prevention. Tereza uses a wide range of modalities, including Thai and MET stretches, Trigger Point and Deep Tissue Massage Therapy to aid her clients. Tereza also specialises in Sports Massage which is beneficial for both pre and post sports activity.
